Department of Computer Applications
The Placement Cell is very active in attracting the best of companies to the campus for recruiting fresh talents. The Placement Officer and his team along with the HODs and Placement Coordinators of various departments strive to impart the necessary training to the students so that they are well prepared for campus recruitments. Continuous feedback from the industry helps in shaping up the Placement process. Training and Placement Cell is exclusively working for the betterment of students.
That cell organizes the following:
- At the inauguration day for I year, proper career guidance is being given by all the HODs, Dean and Regional director of BIT, AU,Trichy.
- Lectures are being delivered by alumni.
- Interaction with Industry personnel takes place periodically.
- Students are trained in soft skills on alternate Saturdays of each semester.
- Interaction session s with alumni to share their experiences.
- To improve their skill sets in different areas, training is provided to them.
